• All orders ship via USPS. Shipping times vary and are not guaranteed.
• Once handed to the carrier, The Media Files is not responsible for delays or carrier issues.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer at time of handoff.
• Not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
